T.E.C.H. For The World was born out of a deeply held belief that the world can be changed by the least of these--they just need a little help. From that belief the idea emerged to simply take what skills we had and use them to support the efforts of skilled indigenous people in developing nations to nurture the cycle of freedom--that is, education leading to application and gainful employ and spawning a spirit willing to serve in the education of others.

We are different in our belief that simply importing first world solutions to address third world problems is not the way to success. That approach is woefully lacking in a key element needed for success--that native or indigenous peoples need to own the solution and its windfalls so that they may invest and train subsequent generations. So we look for partners in the countries and communities we serve and endeavor to join them with technology professionals from first world nations so that by partnership and friendship the best solutions may be formed and executed.
